1995 YEAR
Set up Rui’an Huafon Polyurethane Industrial Co. Ltd. to get into the PU sector and invested in PU stock to enter the most promising polymer material industry.
1997 YEAR
Built a production line of polyurethane resin for leather to enrich PU product structure and produce series resin products for PU leather.
1999 YEAR
Set up Zhejiang Huafeng Spandex Co., Ltd. to enter the chemical fiber industry.
2002 YEAR
Set up Huafon Group (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Shanghai Huafon Superfine Fiber Materials Co. Ltd.) specializing in research, manufacturing and marketing of superfine fiber materials to integrate into greater Shanghai.
2006 YEAR
Listed Huafen Spandex on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange SME Board, becoming the first private enterprise listed on domestic stock exchange and the first listed company of spandex industry in China.
2008 YEAR
Set up Zhejiang Huafon Thermoplastic Polyurethane Co., Ltd. and established Huafon Small Loan Co., Ltd. to dip our toes into the waters of finance.
2010 YEAR
Built a 540kt/a adipic acid base in Fuling, Chongqing to expand our presence to the upstream of industry chain.
2011 YEAR
Shanghai Huafon Superfine Fiber Materials Co., Ltd., the second company of the group listed on SZSE.
2014 YEAR
Main promoters including Huafen Spandex approved to set up Wenzhou Minshang Bank, the first private bank opening for business in China.
2016 YEAR
Acquired 100% interest in Swiftpass Technologies Co., Ltd. to enter the mobile payment field. Participated in the “B&R” Initiative and built a production base in Pakistan.
2017 YEAR
Set up S&T Innovation Enclave and constructed a 16,000m2 technology building for Shanghai Huafon New Material R&D Technology Co., Ltd. in Kangqiao.
2018 YEAR
Expanded our presence into industrial internet; our identity resolution integration application was included in the first industrial internet innovation-driven development projects supported by the MIIT, and the business type innovation and application results of Huafon new material industrial internet platform were named outstanding MIIT industrial internet application case.
2019 YEAR
For taking the lead in going global, we worked with Fortune 500 company Tsingshan Holding Group to invest $3 billion in a world-class metallurgy ? chemical comprehensive production base in Indonesia.
